Film maker Smita Thackeray is elated that a biopic on her late father-in-law, Shiv Sena author Balasaheb Thackeray, is in progress. She trusts his biography should be advised to the entire world.
Her child Rahul is coordinating the film.
It was in August a year ago that the biopic on Balasaheb Thackeray was reported. "Mary Kom" chief Omung Kumar and Sandeep Singh, who as of late delivered "Sarbjit" together, are additionally makers of the film alongside Rashid Saeed and Smita."Balasaheb has dependably been a puzzler and a legend for both his devotees and his family. "I trust his biography should be shared and I am happy that my child, Rahul, has responded to the call on making this biopic on his granddad and my dad in-law 'Saheb'," she included.
The film "Saheb" will go on the floors in October and will portray the life of Balasaheb Thackeray from the vision of his grandson Rahul.
