Indian consortium to pay $2.1b for stake in Rosneft's Vankor

A consortium of Indian oil organizations will pay simply over $2 billion for a 23.9 percent stake in Russian oil maker Rosneft's Vankor oil field, Interfax news office refered to sources as saying on Friday.

The arrangement, marked by Rosneft with Indian Oil Company, Bharat Petroleum Enterprise's unit Bharat Petro Assets Ltd, and Oil India Ltd on Friday, is worth $2.1 billion, Interfax cited one of the sources near the arrangement as saying.

A preparatory agreement was marked by the organizations in Spring yet monetary subtle elements were not revealed.
