While Anushka made her Bollywood debut inverse Shah Rukh in Aditya Chopra's romantic tale Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, the 28-year-old performing artist does not think of it as the quintessential sentiment film.
The pair later worked in late movie producer Yash Chopra's Punch Tak Hai Jaan yet weren't matched as a couple.
"I had for the longest time been itching to do an absolute sentimental film with Shah Rukh. Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi wasn't that sentimental in light of the fact that for most part of the film I didn't know who the person was! The film with Imtiaz is sweet, glad, sentimental," Anushka Sharma told PTI.
The performing artist says Imtiaz's comprehension of a man-lady relationship joined with Shah Rukh's magnetic style of sentiment will be a treat to watch.
"Imtiaz comprehends man-lady relationship in a serious way. There is a development in his characters over the span of the film, love shows them… I surmise that is the excellence of his sentimental motion pictures. Shah Rukh is the lord of sentiment, he reclassified affection to a whole era.
"His force as an on-screen character and modesty as a man is going to run over on screen. It's an awesome open door for me to work with the lord of sentiment and an executive, whose romantic tales are generally so extraordinary and sentimental."
The Tamasha executive had been long on Anushka's list of things to get, on the grounds that she enjoys his work as well as he is likely the reason she turned into a performing artist. The NH 10 star had no arrangements of joining the showbiz until she viewed Imtiaz's rom-com Hit We Met.
"I had never longed for turning into a performing artist yet when I saw Poke We Met, I was so pulled in to the film and to the character that Kareena played. I felt this was cool and something I could do… That happened on the grounds that it was such a solid character. That is the reason Imtiaz is an extremely extraordinary individual."
The twosome is right now dealing with Anushka's character and the on-screen character says she is awed when and exertion the executive is giving on building up her part.
"I am doing a few readings with Imtiaz at this moment. He is an extremely wise individual, he comprehends his characters so well and I cherish taking a shot at my characters as it gives me a genuine high. Imtiaz is so required with me on building up my part, I am extremely glad. I trust we can make something extraordinary for the gathering of people."
The yet-untitled motion picture will go on floors one month from now.
